The opposite of a power bottom. Where the penetrator is submissive and/or doesn't initiate sex and is just there to go with the flow while the "bottom" takes control. A lazy top is often laid-back and labeled as a tease for their "lack of effort".

Jeff: Your boyfriend's pretty aggressive with you. He's the top, right?
Adam: Nah, he just takes control and rides me like a cowboy while I lay back and enjoy. I love it.
