Get the laundrasize mug.The act of getting exercise by repeatedly running up and down the stairs with loads of laundry on laundry day.
I have a load of laundry to do. I sort it upstairs, purposely. I then take the whites down and start them, then come back upstairs, and get the darks, and take them down and move the whites to the dryer, and start the darks, then come back upstairs for the towels, and so on.
On days when I feel I need more exercise, or laundracize, I do each piece individually. This is useful for after Christmas/Newyears holidays.

Get the laundrafied mug.1. When your laundry machine is on and you are doing something. Nothing like watching your electronics you would be up and move if it’s making a quilt or helping your garden as long as your NOT on your electronics you are laundrafied
