Malaysian slang for a small step-through underbone motorcycle, usually below 250cc.

The word 'Kap' refers to Honda 'Cub', which is one of the first underbone motorcycle in Malaysia.
While the word 'Cai' is a Cantonese slang for 'man' or ''boy'.

In short, Kapcai means 'Young men's bike'.

The first man who brings Honda into Malaysian market is Loh Boon Siew, also known as Leng Chai, a.k.a 'handsome boy'.

I had to ride my Kapcai to work because my can broke down yesterday.
