K18 is a term synonymous with user error, usually used to prevent yourself from looking like a complete jackass.

K18 stands for "Keyboard 18" which is an error code for an error which occurs roughly 18 inches away from the keyboard. You can almost always redirect the blame to the device you are on by listing an "error code"

Doesn't have to be strictly on an electronic device, can be used for any general fuck up.
Kate: Hey, you charged me $12.20 for this?! The label reads out $6.

Josh: Sorry! K18, must've scanned the item twice; this error happens all the time!

Get the k18 mug.
Used by someone who is trying to fix your computer and is used to describe where the problem actually is. K18 means that the problem ist approximately 18 inches away of the desktop, meaning that the problem is the idiot who uses the computer and not the actual computer
-So what is the problem
-Oh K18

-Ok i might just not ever fucking use the computer again
