Alex: Hey did you finish your project yet? You had three weeks to do it.
Michelle: Its incomplinished, I finished it but its half-assed effort.

You procrastinate your goals, relationship and work for the very last minute but still try to put maximum effort to complete it.

Had 3 weeks to finish my project but it’s incomplenish because of how half assed i started.
