Someone around you talking loudly on a cell phone who is obviously an idiot.

(Imagine this Imbecell speaking loudly right next to you at a dinner table in a restaurant) .........What.. I can't hear you, everyone around me is having a conversation... Game tonight?... Yea, I don't know if the Redskins are going to win 'cause you know, those Gators are a great team, but I think they are playing in Atlanta.
