when the toilet seat is nasty as hell and you have to hold your ass above it so you dont get herpes

i walked into the public bathroom to drop a deuce but the toilet seat was covered in shit so i had to take a hover dump and hold my ass up

hoverdumper

also can be defined as hoverdumping, or hoverdumped.
a tramatising way to hover while taking a dump. the legs get tense from standing still in one place for a long time. usually done while in porta pottys, and in school washrooms.
more sanitary.

a) im the worlds best hoverdumper !
b) hey brad i just hoverdumped in that porta potty over there , and it splashed up on me !

c) hoverdumping is the best way to dump!
