Any one person (gay, straight, lesbian, & etc.) having infinite sex with just about anyone they please and openly owning said title without giving a fuck as to what others have to opinionate on the matter. They love their promiscuity and will not let any other person make them feel less-than for "sleeping around" nor will they give power to the word ho(e) to be used against them in a derogatory manner.

I heard that bitch is the biggest hoe in town but she does not even care because the pride of being so slutty is a quality she strives to acquire.

I like sleeping around a shit ton and I will not let anyone deter me from having ho(e) pride 'cuz I love my extremely promiscuous lifestyle. If I am not hurting anyone physically nor breaking any law, and I take care of myself, then the acts I choose to do in bed should not matter to anyone else but me and/or the person(s) I am with.
