Herpegonosyphillaids

A combination of the words herpes, gonorrhea, syphillis and AIDS to use when a person looks unwell and is a drug user and/or sexually promiscuous.

Dude #1: Hey, that chick over there in the club looks HOT! I think I'm gonna go talk to her!!

Dude #2: Naw, don't do it man... she's dressed pretty skeezy and I think I see track marks on her arms.... She's probably got the herpegonosyphillaids!!!
