One of the most derogatory terms in the english dictionary. Used primarily in the IT business, a hatbadge is someone who lacks the knowledge to repair a computer, but acts like they know how.

That hose hound Ben formated a computer by accident, that fucking hatbadge can go eat a fat cawk.
