A measure of time. Meaning half of a clock tick, more precisely, half a second. Not to be used literally, more to indicate quickness.

"Man I can't drink I got a test tomorrow."
"Dude you'll be aite, just stop by for half a tick."

A 'ticket' is slang for 1 million dollars. Thus, half a ticket would be worth $500,000. Pretty pricey.
