The word gross and ferocious are combined because the jumbled “ketamind” of the wook was unable to separate the two words upon pronunciation and formation of words

Now let’s wait a few minutes for those boogers to dry so we can break them up and do more bumps.”

An odd combination of gross and disgusting, which results in the peculiar word grossdusking.
