Showing off a new (or "new to you") vehicle by driving it around the block (neighborhood/park/lot) continuously. It is a shortened form of "grandstanding." Term is typically usually used in the Southeast by adults who grew up in the 80's.
Regular kids:

D = Okay
F = Bad
Asians:
A = Average
B = Below average
C = Can't have dinner D = Don't come home
F = Find a new family
Asian: *crying*
Other kid: Why are you so sad?
Asian: Cuz I have a B+!
Other kid: Well I have a C- and my parents think that's pretty good
Asian: On the Asian grading scale, B's are below average

another term for a station wagon, mini-van, or any other kind of vehicle that is targeted at the "family" demographic(also M.A.V.)
