Not a good fit

Passive agressive understatement used when rejecting a job candidate, firing a worker or breaking up with a spouse, girlfriend or boyfriend. Very useful if you want to appear indifferent to the strong emotions and upset of the person on the receiving end of the negative information.
"You have been a valuable employee for the last 32 years but unfortunately, in the current conditions, you are not a good fit."

"I really want to thank you for 31 years of marriage and 12 children but at this point I think we are not a good fit anymore."

Good One Fitz

A phrase shouted after somebody trys to tell a funny story, but their story is too long, boring, and most of all not funny!
Fitz: One day when I was playing Gears of War with some of my friends, I was trying to shoot somebody when one of them just comes up to me and tried to chainsaw me. I just turned around and shot them in the head, and he was like Nooooo... and I was like Yeah....Take That!!!

Xander: GOOD ONE FITZ!!!!
The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”

An Irish phrase meaning shit, derived from ass
(Not to be confused with the literal description of one's buttocks)
"Did you hear the song Aylek$ dropped?"
"Hardly. Her music is absolute cheeks."

"My boyfriend say LaFlame is cheeks."
"Tell your boyfriend I said it's his mixtape that's cheeks."
