Going to Siege

In the eighteenth century people talked of "taking a voyage to the Spice Islands," in the nineteenth century gentlemen would "ease themselves." but back in Medieval times a knight would tell people that he was "Going to siege."
"Where did Angus run off too?"

"He ran to the water closet, he said he was going to siege."
