glankler 

A person who lurks with a ghost, chopper, banshee, mongoose, etc. on a Halo 3 online match. These people either like to piss people off, or are trying to get a splatter spree achievement. Closely related to a 'skeeza', glankers will often horde spartan lasers and rocket launchers as to not be blow up while they are trying to lurk. In the post game lobby they will be harassed and tormented by those who were the victims of there blunt but stealthy assault.

"Glankler at your 9 'o clock!!!"

"Holy crap!!! Where did he learn to camp like that, Boy Scouts?!!"

"Hey blow up that glankler behind that rock over there."
"Sure thing, he's been lurkin' since the match started."

glankles 

a compound of the words "glass", "ankles". This term describes painful or injured ankles due to infirmity or misadventure.

This term is often used used when a person receives ground-shock when jumping down from something, when an athlete becomes injured from landing on their foot poorly, or in video gaming, where a player's character takes unexpected "fall damage".

The term is similar to "grankles"; infirmity of ankles, and subsequent difficulty walking, due to frailty of advanced age.

"Just jump down, the fence isn't that high!"
"Arrrgh, my glankles!.. no really.. I think I twisted something.."

"She has been sidelined for 3 games because of a recurrent injury. The team is hoping those glankles don't cost them the Cup."
