When something or somebody is lame, ugly, or stupid even though it purports not to be.
Not gay as in homosexual, but gay in the flippant, ironic sense. As in retarded.

"Lindsay Lohan is gay in the face."
"This party is gay in the face."
"Fuck those pants are gay in the face."
"That class was so fucking gay in the face."

Something or someone displeasing, or boring. Also someone who is undeniably lame. Not implying homosexuality.
