The Fulton County Funnel is a graphic, depraved sex act where your partner opens your dick hole and then spits in it. Described on the track "I'm So Dope" by Atlanta rapper Young Thug on the landmark album "UY SCUTI", and named after his brief 2 1/2 year stint in Fulton County Prison in 2022.
