fuckupgrade

A system "upgrade" that doesn't work as well as what it replaces due to excessive defects. For software, this may include bugs and/or a more difficult interface. However, the term can be extended to any other system (roofing, remodeling, restoration, plastic surgery, tax reform, etc.) that suffers from greed, incompetence, inadequate resources, or a specific lack of foresight.

Remember "Vista"? What a fuckupgrade that was!
Well, they've fuckupgraded our email system, and now everyone's complaining about it.
Just between you and me, that facelift of hers is nothing but a fuckupgrade.

Condition whereby or perception that the stars are all aligned in a way that will fuck you; when the universe is out to get you.

Damn, some planet must be in fuckugrade right now; everything is going wrong at once!
