anxsomnia

Insomnia, or inability to sleep, caused or characterized by anxiety; often persistent and unpleasant in nature.

I usually get anxsomnia right before bed or early in the morning, when I have things I'm worried about.

peachkick

A light kick executed by flicking the foot at the target using the ankle. A peachkick is administered with the intent of admonishing another, moving small objects, or as a funny threat. A peachkick should not inflict injury.
