The act of putting your penis inside a females anus and having her fart, inflating the foreskin. Then pinching the top of the foreskin and putting the penis into the females mouth. The release of gas from the foreskin into the females mouth should cause her to throw up.

Forskinzola

A particulaly virulent and pungent form of smegma or other forms of bacterial build-up under the forskin, hence the name.
The affliction mostly effects tramps, hoboes and adult-cinema customers.
