An irish slang that can be said in many ways, such as "Come out the fog", "Mup outta the fog", etc.
Basically means stop being stupid, come to your senses, be serious or realistic.
A different way of telling someone to stop acting the muppet.

"I'm going to fly to the moon"
"Oh willa come out the fog"

fogout 

Fogout is like a whiteout, but only happens in places where low clouds cause such a heavy fog you can not see a foot in front of your face.

This phenominum occurs especially in Southeast Texas, when the fog is so bad you can't see to drive your car.
