A term used to describe an individual when they no longer match any of the criteria for any kind insult.
It is mainly used to describe a person of who has evolved into a pure bred junkie but still denies they have a problem.
A Pilbara term to describe a person the next day after a night of recreational usage of drugs and alcohol the night before fucks them up fifty ways from Sunday. They wake up feeling "flogged out".

To be very upset, almost to flip out by using over-dramatic gestures with your entire body. But others think it's funny. First used in 2002.

When people get together on the internet and decide to flag someone's youtube videos to get their account closed.
Joey made so many people angry that they flagged out his youtube account.

Stealthie 

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
