Wobbly, Jiggly, and out of control; in a fashion similar to that of a loose water bed being jumped on by horny leprechauns and or little people (midgets).

Man 1:"The lady at steak n' shake has some big, flobally boobies."

Man 2: "Yeah man, those things are just everywhere. Very flobally indeed"

Floberly

A type of food or even a particulary kind of cheese. Some times used in the sense of prepacaged meat. Also used in the combination of "flubber" and "flobber".
Flan, Meat, Cheese.... anything that wiggels and is slimy!

"EWWW! that piece of Flan is so floberly the way it moves!!!"
