A term usually used by older folk to explain what kids are doing when they are actually smoking marijuana

While crouched over the bus Isle in the back, passing a blunt, you and your friends hear the driver yell, "What are you kids doing back there!? Flipping Coins!?

Shoving your testicles individually into the pocket of your clenched thumb and then literally flinging it so hard it launches at extreme speeds into your belly button... it then proceeds to get slightly stuck until the next nut smashes it out of place.

"Imma go flip my coins a few times and hit the sack"
Hence flipping the coins.
