A very dimwitted or ignorant person. Refers to flat toothed herbivores found in nature; animals that are low on the food chain. Usually used as an insult.

"He's such a flatooth, I really pity him."

What your bluetooth electronic device becomes when another party coughs and/or sneezes on into your personal electronoic device i.e phone, mp player etc.

"Bruh...Let me use your phone." Then he sneezes directly into your phone making it a flutooth.
