1: A foot that is flat because the foot arch collapsed. Usually, it is very uncomfortable and makes it hard to walk or remain on your feet for long periods of time.
2: A slanguish word for a law enforcement or government official; It is referring to the fact that usually they wear dress shoes, which don't really have any texture on the bottom, hence the name. The term was used by Crackle in the Carmen Sandiego 2019 Netflix series.
