Look at that klutz! All of those books are falling all over the place! Look at him flap the wings! (Making sounds like a chicken, to the unfortunate person): Bok, bok, bok!

flap the wings

When someone is driving in their car with a bunch of friends, and everyone opens and closes their doors, again and again, to make it seem like your car is going because of the doors being flapped. The driver usually participates aswell. Similar to ghost riding, except you don't get out. Originated in Southern Ontario, Canada.

Look at those pimps flap the wings on that whip.
