One who eats feces. Derived by combining the word feces and carnivore. Also a person who's breath stinks like they have been eating shit.

Tim: Oh my God I can't stand taking face to face with Jon, his breath stinks like shit!

Quinton: Yea I know I was talking to him the other day and I wanted to throw up! Its like he eats feces for dinner.

Tim: Yea he must be a ficavore because that is the only thing that could explain his breath!!!

One who eats feces. Term is coined by combining the terms feces and carnivore. In addition, a fecavore is also a person who's breath smells like shit.
