a loner in social social society that is looked at bad and is blamed for many things. It also means someone who is in a smoke infested house. It can also mean a women who has five or more children and that lives off of disability checks
Someone who stays at home all day that smokes and has 5 or more children. They are troubled by the fact that there children are mentaly retartedand that the family will die of lung cancer. fhyllis is a nice way of saying bum.
