It is always expressed in 3rd person (he instead of you) with a warm friendly voice of rapture patting the dogs head with emphasis when their Feini successfully shat, brought a stick, tore a blanket or bit someone.

The opposite of a Feini is a "Pfuihund" (filthy dog).

Such a Feini he is. Yes, he is such a Feini.
