Conjunction of Feral and Delicious.
Something deeply wild, primal and unbidden that one knows is bad but brings feelings of great joy or ecstacy. Often related to extra-relationship sex or glutting on chocolate while on a diet.
Man: Oh, baby, I know this is wrong but I just can't get enough of you. If my girlfriend found out she'd kill me.
Woman: Yeah, this whole situation is so feralicious.

Woman: I know I should stick to my diet but eating this chocolate bar makes me feel so feralicious.
