1) A term of endearment used to address/describe a woman possessing a FUP.
2) The physical presentation of the FUP as it billows out and over a pair of constricting jeans or stretch pants. It's just like a muffin top, only sweeter.

A guy who deliberately uses an event or sequence of events jokingly as an excuse to obtain excessive physical contact with another guy.
Hey Cletus, do you want to make a youtube video where i'm sticking a screwdriver into live mains on a fuse panel, I start convulsing and you come up behind me doing the same as you bear hug and attempt to slowly pull me to the ground like a fagcake would, as a "joke?"

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
