A descriptive term commonly used in higher-class restaurants, where the diner has a dislike of capers, and requests that the capers be removed.

To be jumping out of your body/to be extremely happy or stressed

Johnny: I am so excamilated!
Susan: I am so sorry you are stressed.
OR
Johnny: I am so excamilated!
Susan: I’m glad your happy, my father just died.
Jonny: Oh you must be so excamilated. I’m sorry for your loss.
