Meaning the "coolest", "dopest", "sickest" to exist. a way of describing how amazing something is or was.

It also can be used sarcastically to describe something unfortunate or funny
"Oh my god that party last night was the sickest ever"
"Wow, I love your outfit...sickest ever"

Sarcastic Use: "I got a 60 on my test, sickest. ever."
