Someone who hangs out in online casino's and begs for money. Competition is intense amongst the ebeggars so when a whale saunters in or a player win's big they need to strike fast, and get a personal message out to hook their intended victim. If they succeed in getting the mark into a 1 to 1 conversation, they will start with a few compliments ('you are a god', 'you best player') then quickly move to the sad story (my elephants sick, my kids need Gucci, etc) and they start begging for money. Many ebeggars use a passive beg approach as online casinos have a no begging policy. There is a lot of competition amongst the ebegger's so some will even send a tip to their mark, just to try and get their attention.

The surname of a notorious Russian family clan.
This clan came to Germany between 2001-2004.

Especially through their criminal offences in the East German small town Halberstadt and especially in the old disco "Salut" they became known.
