Being an ass to get reactions out of people and then laughing at them for taking things way too seriously over the internet.

Some people call it trolling or baiting, but it is neither. E-baggery elevates itself to a class of intelligence, being the internet equivalent of satire. The idiots just get left behind.

Someone who shamelessly begs for money on social media by posting their needs openly or account number on every giveaway especially on Twitter. Instead of a bowl that low class beggars uses; E-Beggars uses Account number.
