E-Ghosts: A term for a modern generation of tech-savvy criminals who use technology like fast sports e-bikes to steal phones and use signal jammers to steal luxury vehicles, like Range Rovers, also involved in thefts, to drug dealing, assaults, and even murder. Frank: Absolutely! They boot around on e-bikes, wearing masks, and just grab phones do bear crime and sell hard drugs. The police have got no chance of catching them there.
