Drunksplain, -ing, -ed. The act of drunkenly explaining something. This commonly occurs when an individual, while holding an alcoholic beverage, attempts to expound upon his/her opinions/ideas/experiences. This person will usually lose track of his/her train of thought and will never reach the point originally intended.

Tim spent about two hours last night drunksplaining his views on the state of marijuana legalization in the U.S.
