A person who bogarts their self-assigned personal space in and around the soda fountain as they slowly make love to their selection, add 3.25 packets of Splenda to their iced tea, and otherwise inconvenience everyone else wanting to fill their damned drink.

I went to Panera but it took me 5 just to fill me drink because some drinkfucker was making love to the soda fountain.

A versatile phrase, with two primary uses.

1) The act of playing a fool/being intentionally stupid/messing around, but taking it too far.

2) An organisation/organiser, your employer, or someone in charge in general imposing regulations that are completely unnecessary and aggravating.

1) "It was funny watching Gilmore try breaking the ice, until she made that Holocaust joke. Absolute dickfuckery."

2)"Last time I was at the airport they made me take off my flip flops to go through the metal detector. Absolute dickfuckery!"
