dogenoia (noun)

1: A nascent Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders entry candidate, which manifests in federal government employees as a serious mental and physical illness marked especially by feelings of persecution and/or a diminished sense of one’s own importance usually without hallucinations.

2: A tendency toward being overly suspicious and distrustful of the current administration’s abhorrent disregard for the United States, the Constitution, the rule of law, established agency policy, unequivocally sound business practices, truth, logic, facts, women, veterans, decency, humanity, intelligence, etc.

3: A severely debilitating emotional and physical state wherein otherwise historically excellence-achieving, hyper-productive, hyper-efficient, and trusted federal government employees struggle to maintain their exemplary service and performance when forced to deal with a high volume of phucktard initiatives and counter-productive interference from the current delusional, inexperienced, and incompetent administration and their newly designated special government employees.
