Explaining excessively why actions or phrase are discrimination when the alleged offender already knows that they are. Like mansplaining but for discrimination.

I accidentally touched a black woman's hair and she sent me ton's of texts about how I am insensitive with links to sites explaining why her hair shouldn't be touched. I don't need to be discrimisplained to. It was an honest mistake.
