A phrase used to initiate an action, similar to "lets go!" The words must be said in rapid succession, and the action is rarely mundane. For example, it would not be appropriate to respond to "Can we watch some TV?" with "dip dip dip!" besides as a joke.
Correct:
1) A: "Lets go over to C's house."
B: "Yeaaaaahhhhh bro! dip dip dip!"
Incorrect:
2) A: "Can I have some celery and dip?
B: "Dip?"
A: "Dip."

a phrase you used in 5th grade in replacement of "no shit", because cussing was bad. It is said to make fun of someone who points out something obvious. Usually followed by "Einstein" or "Smartie Pants" or "Sherlock"
