Usually referring to any mixed drink involving vodka, especially when it's mixed with Mountain Dew or Red Bull. (Also referred to as dippy-dos, dipperoonis, or the double deez.)

I got rowdy as hell last night from drinking all those dip-dos.

Basically, it means to have sex, it is usually used when the situation is awkward.
