cooter dip 

this refers to a female, typically a large butchy athletic type, who enjoys using chewing tobacco in, or around, her vagina (cooter). The method of administiring the chewing tobacco is usually chew "pouches", though it is not universally the case.

Jennie Finch's vagina was sore and pruned after leaving her cooter dip in too long during her softball game.
