referring to the circumference of any cylindrical object; specifically one that would normally have more girth than the average penis(4.5in - 5in circ.)(hence "thin"), but has a resembling circumference of the average penis.

an abnormally thin male penis. It has often been compared to a super rope, although some may think a thin dick is fictional, it does exist.
