When you are so sick you vomit and have diarrhea at the same time.

Eating that mexican pizza gave me diarruptus. I had to scrub the bathroom walls.

Loud noises you make in the bathroom while having uncomfortably explosive diarrhea.

Archie: What's all that noise?

Jughead: Oh, Phil's been in the bathroom all night making a diarruckus.

Archie: I guess he never should've eaten Mr. Lodge's cooking.
