1. Involving much metaphorical dick-waving, esp. when the room is filled with much male hubris.

2. Expressing opinions specifically designed to make your dick look bigger, stronger, and more destructive than the other dicks in the audience.

3. When you whip your dick out in an argument and start shaking it around and screaming "YEEAAAAHH!!!!"

4. Expressing insecurity about the size of your actual dick by pretending to have a big mental one.

Yeah, I mean, the meeting was dequavian, but productive.

That guy's Porche is pretty dequavian.
