The Demopan is a variant of Team Fortress 2's Demoman, wielding the frying pan and trage n' charge, and wearing a pirate's hat + shutter shades. it was originally used to demonstrate how much TF2 has changed over time, but has since became a fad and commonly used loadout for players.
