DECENTRALIZE 

Present participle: DECENTRALIZING, past participle: DECENTRALIZED

The act of body tackling and slamming, a suspect of a crime to the ground with all available force possible to the arresting law enforcement officers (usually law enforcement). Most often with multiple officers, sometimes from the side or behind, sometimes from multiple angles at the SAME time, including from above ... in body armor.

Best when the target lands on something uncomfortable, and depending upon the crimes: painful. Concrete and

decentralized currency 

Digital money organized by a synced distributed ledger online. While centralized currencies are backed by the economies of countries, decentralized currencies typically don't have a government affiliation. These currencies are run by incentivized volunteers via appropriate consensus algorithms. Much like incentivized volunteers run Uber, called drivers, and Airbnb, called hosts, incentivized volunteers, traditionally called "miners," run these decentralized currency protocols. Examples of decentralized currencies include Bitcoin and Ethereum.
I haven't been trading much decentralized currency lately.

Decisions are made by many different groups and individuals.

To be elaborate, it's the separation and distribution of authority, resources, and/or bureaucratic processes and jurisdictions to lower levels of government, divisional and departmental levels, or lower/middle-level managers.
The Hacking Ethic encourages decentralization.

A global community making an effort for the declaration of said manicure.
Back in 700BC the manicures man invented the towel in an effort of decentralised exchange, that would continuously be recreated and improved as a revolutionised product, said good and service to be exchanged universally.
